Shipping
All pieces are carefully packed with love and shipped using the most economical USPS Flat Rate shipping box. All pieces are delivered in organza bags with "Ware and Care" instructions. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. If you purchase more than one piece, your final invoice will reflect the cost of shipping for only one piece ($5.00). After your purcahse ships, you should receive it within 2-3 business days. If you need to contact me before making a purchase or have questions about purchasing, please contact me using the "Contact" page.
Refunds and Exchanges
I always want your experience with Beadles Remix to be a great one, and I love happy costumers! If your piece does not meet your expectations, please contact me within a week of receiving your item(s). I would be more than happy to discuss the issue at hand. You will be responsible for packaging and shipping costs associated with any returns.
